All information is kept in a centralized database and is provided to the user through advanced and up-to-the-minute technology The solution provides security both for access to the application and on data level.
The Assessment Tool
The Assessment tool is a cutting edge solution for supporting the assessors in their work. The solution allows an assessment to be split into several smaller assessments which can be assigned to various members of a team. A workflow wizard guides the user through the process of selecting the right questions for the assessment and keep track of the status. SmartClient technology allows the user to do assessments inside the customer's organization both offline and online. The recorded data can be submitted to the database anytime. An advanced graphical analysis tool allows the user both to "drag and drop" and drill-down the results. Merge of assessments gives the user possibility to investigate maturity in various parts of an organization. The Assessment tool also offer automatic generation of various reports in Word and Excel format.
The Improvement Tool
The Improvement tool is built on the same base as the Assessment tool and provides the same advanced analysis and reporting possibilities, as well as possibilities for search and filtering of the data results. An improvement plan is iteratively built by use of a "shopping-cart" similar methodology. The resulting plan is used to increase the organization's maturity.
