A significant market increase for our products and solutions in 2007 has made this a very strong year for DNV Software. We would like to thank our customers for continuous support of our technology, and we welcome our new customers on board. The increased demand gives us the opportunity to invest even more resources in the further enhancement of our products and solutions. An important challenge is to make sure that our development is market-driven, enabling our customers to be even more efficient in their daily operations.
DNV Software has developed a strategy for the next five years, where the main focus is to strengthen the core and stimulate progress. DNV Software will strengthen the existing industry positions within design and construction and build new industry positions in selected asset operations markets based on integrity software components built up over the last five years. The new industry positions will capitalise on and build on DNV Software’s existing market strongholds. Our environmental value propositions will be marketed within all industry positions.
