Framework is an interactive postprocessor for code checking, fatigue and earthquake analysis of frame models. All phases throughout the life cycle of the structures are covered: from initial design to re-qualification.

Optimal jacket and frame design
Framework checks the structural integrity of all types of offshore frame structures: jackets, jack-ups, decks, topsides and flare booms. All phases throughout the life cycle of the structures are covered: from initial design to re-qualification.
Framework performs code checking, fatigue life calculation and earthquake response analysis. The calculations are based on accepted standards and methods within the offshore industry.
Framework prepares data for Sesam’s program for inspection planning, Profast, and contributes as such also to the operational phase.
The code checking model is normally created in GeniE, but it can also be manually modelled in Framework.
The fatigue assessment may be performed using deterministic or stochastic wave loads or wind gust loads.
Framework is easy to use and it comes with strong features for sorting and filtering making it easy to create reports, be it tabulated or coded graphics.

The program covers the range from small and simple code checking tasks to advanced fatigue life computations. The program is also tuned for engineers to work with real time redesign tasks without re-running the whole analysis sequence.
