Any organisation which wants to survive today, needs constantly to evolve and stay ahead of changing core conditions, customer demands and stakeholder requirements. And those which can convert this need into innovation and change have the potential to grow or maintain their competitive edge.

The Synergi®Improvement Management module is built to support this process through systematic improvement studies and target improvement plans, or through the collection and processing of improvement proposals.
Action plans and implementation strategies deriving from these processes will become transparent throughout the organisation, with specification of the expected gains, due dates and responsible people.
Organisations with continuous improvement as one of their core principles will find that Synergi helps to secure this process by identifying responsible people, monitoring progress and sending alerts if due dates are passed.
The Improvement Management module consists of case types for proposed improvements, improvement studies and target improvement plans. All come with the standard Synergi functions of collecting, processing, analysing and communicating performance data.
This module has been designed to allow any individuals or organisational units to come up with improvement proposals for a process, product, working practice or strategy.
The improvement analysis process and target improvement plans subject established targets and objectives to evaluation, and specific action plans for improvement will be established.
Following these initiatives, their own cost benefit analysis might be illustrated and action plans proposed for implementation. Achievements and gains from the improvement process and investment are easily monitored through the built-in report and analysis tool.
The Synergi search and reporting tool allows the user both to do random searches and to save and distribute favourites. Users can exclude or include information and adjust the design to meet needs evident at the moment of generating the reports.
Results are displayed in a number of flexible lists, views and reports or exported to Excel, Word or PowerPoint. This helps users to monitor their continuous improvement processes and to measure and communicate their effects internally, to clients and to external stakeholders.
