Deviations are raised when the need arises to depart from methods, controls and/or standard operating procedures, and the existence of any real or potential quality, safety or risk-related problem must be documented.
Such deviations are classified as temporary or permanent, and will always include relevant documentation to support their existence. Relevant documents should include a proper risk assessment, a root cause analysis and a mitigation plan.
In some cases, companies might apply to retain permission to deviate from a specific procedure or legal requirement. Both agreed and temporary deviations represent critical information for any operational process and should be available through the operational fields.

Identified deviations follow standardised classification and verification processes to secure the involvement of the right personnel for decision-making and control.
This process will ensure an evaluation of potential impacts and trigger any corrective or preventative actions in accordance with agreed threshold values.

Online and updated reports
The versatile and powerful built-in Synergi Life search and reporting tool allows users to perform searches across their entire database (in accordance with their access rights), to save favourite searches and to distribute these to other users or user groups.
Users can easily generate complete status reports and related improvement plans directly from the system, as well as periodical performance reports.
All free text fields and code tables in the database are naturally fully searchable. Results are displayed in a number of flexible lists, views and HTML reports, or exported to Excel for further processing if required.
