Features

The module demonstrates compliance with:

  • Maritime Labour Convention 2006
  • ILO Convention (No. 180) concerning Seafarers’ Hours of Work and the Manning of Ships
  • STCW – 95 (Standard of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers)
  • US OPA 90 (Oil Pollution Act of 1990).

Any violation of rules and regulations is clearly identified and marked.

The system allows user-defined:
  • Reporting periods
  • Remarks on violation of rules and regulations
  • National holidays
  • Types of regular work, overtime and unpaid work
  • Overtime rates and pay distribution sheet for use with onboard accounting.
  • Reporting and recording:
    • Daily/monthly summary reports of complete crew hours and flagging of violations of rules
    • Individual daily/monthly reports with summaries of rest and work hours, pay and flagging of violations of rules
    • Timesheets may be generated in MS Excel
    • Practical printouts in the official IMO/ILO format
