Customer+Portal+launched

DNV Software are pleased to announce the launch of a new Customer Portal. The portal provides access to downloads, an extensive documentation library, frequently asked questions and a system for managing your technical support enquiries and the ability to submit technical support enquiries into the CRM system that the DNV Software global helpdesk use.

The portal is accessed through a secure login. Once inside you have access to an array of supporting materials for better use of DNV Software products. As well as browsing and searching the site to find the content you need at your fingertips, download popularity and voting on contents usefulness will help you get to the documents you need quickly and effectively.

A demonstration video has been created to help you access and find your way around the features of the new portal.

Emails will be issued to all maintained customers in the coming days providing you with secure links to set up your user accounts. Users can access the site from the link on DNV Software's pages on www.dnv.com/software

The customer portal is first being made available to Safeti product family users with future access being granted to the Nauticus, Sesam and Asset Integrity Management communities of users.
