The Ocean Engineering Department of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai (earlier known as Madras) has recently opted for an extensive package of Sesam modules for their teaching, training and research purposes.

Established in early post-Independence period, IIT represents the vision of the country’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, to accelerate industrialisation through world-class engineering education and international collaboration.
