The 2008 SEA Software Conferences were held 8 April in Singapore and 10 April in Kuala Lumpur with more than 160 participants in four different symposiums.

DNV Software Region Greater China is pleased that nearly 160 participants attended our very first SEA Software Conferences held in Singapore on 8 April and 10 April in Kuala Lumpur. The software conferences were open to new and existing users and the conference programme included keynote speeches, industry workshops and product demonstrations.
Experience and future plans were shared by key users and product owners of the Nauticus, Sesam, Safeti QRA and Safeti RBI software, and process asset integrity solutions. Some of DNV Software's success stories, with a clear demonstration of the benefits achieved by DNV's contribution, were also presented.
"The large turnout from the industry, academia and government delegates reflected the support of our users to DNV's industry involvment and leading technology and software products", commented Ketil Aamnes, Global Sales & Marketing Director in DNV Software. In his key note speech, Dr. Aamnes high-lighted the strategy, visions and seven positions for DNV Software the next five years (2008-2012).
