DNV has co-authored the EFQM KM Framework based on the well-established Business Excellence Model.

The EFQM KM Framework will enable your company to align the KM activities with the EFQM model for business excellence. DNV-CIBIT can support to implement the EFQM KM Framework and identify key areas of activity that will support performance improvements.
