SEI is seeking to reinforce its evidence-based policy focus through the creation of a knowledge management system capable of capturing, leveraging and monitoring its knowledge processes. DNV has tendered on their public request for consultancy in the area of knowledge management and won the tender.

DNV's consultants have been working extensively with SEI-staff to focus the knowledge management activities, to address areas to improve and to define practical tools and solution strategies to take actions.
