Improve

Experience
Tom Halpin, Head of Customer Services, Sustainable Energy Ireland: 'We wanted to develop a robust Knowledge Management (KM) strategy and were pleased to appoint DNV as they offered genuine KM experience, most importantly seeing KM as an enabler for enhanced business performance.'

Holistic
'DNV's holistic approach involved significant consultation and engagement of all staff, ultimately linking KM into a programme of long-term continuous improvement. Their solution represented value for money'.
