DNV-CIBIT has been invited to focus, develop and coach the knowledge management activities within the IT-operations. During 2004 and 2005 consultants of DNV-CIBIT have been involved in creating the knowledge strategy of various domains within the IT-department, the introduction of KM-tools and coaching of internal staff.
