DNV is the 'subject matter expert' in the field of knowledge management for the EFQM in Brussels. In October 2005, EFQM launched its Knowledge Management Framework that was developed by DNV together with PacePerfromance as a result of a benchmarking study across European companies.

Order

The EFQM KM Framework was launched in Brussels during the second EFQM KM workshop, attended by participants from across Europe. Copies of the Framework can be purchased from EFQM at orders@efqm.org a € 29,- (EFQM members pay € 23,20). Please mention the ISBN number 90-5236-571-7.
