The Alpha process starts with an Alpha assessment, which typically involves two days of interviews with a selection of personnel taken from across the organisation. Personnel are guided to rate your organisations performance using the Alpha maturity matrix.

The assessment is based on employees' perceptions and no preparation or evidence is required. At the end of the assessment, the isrs7 Alpha report will describe the 'state of the nation' with respect to your health, safety, environmental and business performance, and highlight areas for improvement.
