The changes to the Rules for Classification of High Speed Light Craft and Naval Surface Craft Pt.3 Ch.5, amend the machinery component of the steering gear rules. These amendments have been included in a new, common rule booklet, Chapter 14, called “Steering Gear”, in Part 4 of the Machinery and Systems, Main Class rules.
