A new revision of the DNV Submarine Pipeline Standard is released.

In cooperation with the industry, this worldwide preferred standard is now ISO harmonised, as well as having an increased focus on integrity management and improved document structure.

DNV issued its first ‘DNV Submarine Pipeline Rules’ specifically for offshore use, back in 1976. A number of updates have been released since then.
