French mobile operator Orange has initiated a strategic programme to move to a fully convergent billing solution which will handle all types of customers and services.

Orange has seen significant growth in the UK the recent years in a highly competitive market. DNV has been selected to provide quality assurance for their new billing solution programme to ensure that the quality expectations for the programme are well defined and delivered. This will be achieved by engineering quality into what is to be delivered and into the processes for producing those deliverables.
