Fortis+goes+for+Q%2DLabs+and+IBM+

Fortis, an international bank, has chosen DNV’s Q-Labs and IBM as its business partners in a project to enhance the efficiency of its software organisation across national and cultural borders.

“This contract shows that, in Europe, Q-Labs is one of the key players in the software process improvement market,” says Alain Bloch of DNV’s Q-Labs.
Fortis is a bank with many software development sites throughout Europe. Like all the big European banks, it was formed by grouping together many smaller banks. The main goal of this project, which is called Prosper, is to produce an efficient software organisation.
