DNV-ST-0376 Rotor blades for wind turbines

This standard (ST) provides principles and technical requirements for rotor blades for both onshore and offshore wind turbines. 

The objectives of this ST are to:

• Provide an internationally acceptable level of safety and reliability by defining minimum requirements for rotor blades of wind turbines (in combination with referenced standards, recommended practices, guidelines, etc.)
• Serve as a design basis for designers, suppliers, manufacturers, purchasers, and regulators
• Specify requirements for wind turbines subject to certification
• Provide recommendations designed to produce a higher level of reliability than the minimum requirements
• Encourage development in the industry by providing guidance and recommendations above typical industry practice.
