The Healthcare research group is partnered with the National Health Service Litigation Authority (NHSLA) in the UK to investigate risk management lessons to be learned from clinical negligence claims and identify high risk areas within healthcare delivery.

Clinical negligence claims data analysis
The purpose of this analysis is to identify claims risk areas and to aid healthcare organisations in their on-going work to improve patient safety. DNV has a leading role in this project, offering expertise in epidemiology and statistical analysis. Based on the results of this research, we will evaluate possibilities for conducting a more detailed study, better designed to address crucial questions in patient safety.
