This is an on–the–job training programme and we seek to individually design each programme based upon each trainee’s qualifications and desires.
The programme runs up to 24 months and in most cases consists of three separate rotations. During the first month in DNV, the trainees will receive general training and spend approximately two weeks completing an induction programme together with all trainees in DNV.
The trainees will be expected to complete the DNV Induction programme in line with the mandatory requirement placed upon all new DNV employees. Following this first introductory period, the trainees will complete three 8 month rotations at different levels in the organisation and to a certain extent in different locations, one of which will be abroad.

- The objective is to give each trainee the opportunity to complete one of these rotations at the corporate level of the organisation, one rotation at the business area level and another rotation in a more operative unit outside the trainee’s home country.
