This is an on–the–job training programme and we seek to individually design each programme based upon each trainee’s qualifications and desires.

DNV's Global Technical Trainee Programme is a two-year on-the-job training programme and we seek to individually design each programme based upon each trainee’s qualifications and development needs.

Following a two-week introduction programme at the head office in Norway, trainees complete four training blocks of six months each. At least six months of the time is spent at DNV’s head office, and at least six months at a unit outside the trainee's home country.
