If you want to change to DNV as your Recognised Organisation, please check in the Flag State authorisation table that DNV is authorised as RO for the applicable flag. Then contact your local DNV Company Service Manager (CSM). If such person is not known, the local DNV office should be contacted. See local DNV offices worldwide.

The CSM will co-ordinate with you all information required, like ship id., present ISSC status, flag, RO etc. This will be forwarded to DNV Head Office, who will co-ordinate with your present RO all transfer tasks, in accordance with an agreed IACS procedure.
