It provides documentation and control over the component’s limits and capacities.

The following design verification technologies are available:

• Scantlings and design verification; static and dynamic analysis of shaft fatigue, gear transmission and propeller blades and hub. Verification of gas turbines, diesel engines and pumps
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA); prediction of static and dynamic responses, such as stresses, strains and displacements, in complex structures
• Measurements; vibrations, displacements, stresses and strain, speed, power and general performance
