The documents issued by us are as follows:
ERS™ Report, describing the vessel.
Onboard instructions for the crew which describe in details how and where to report in case of an incident.
A video showing an example of an incident and how the crew and DNV ERS™ should react during such.
A sticker with all contact details to the ERS team, this is to be placed strategically onboard the vessel.
