Please contact your local DNV office to request dedicated on-site training at your company or if you prefer to participate in one of the regional training sessions, request a regional schedule.

Schedules for planned courses, workshops and seminars around the world will also be announced in the PSC Newsletter and be posted on the DNV internet page for Port State Control. We recommend you take this opportunity to learn more about PSC and gain better understanding of the way it functions, in addition to the main technical issues which are frequently reported as deficiencies or causing detention.

How to properly deal with a port state control inspection can prevent unnecessary delays and expenses. Upon request we can also tailor courses for specific needs, and have arranged dedicated courses both for ship officers during company conferences, and for superintendents and ship managers.
