Maersk Line recently reflagged five of their most modern vessels under DNV's USCG authorisations, four container ships and a tanker. The US-flag, US-crewed tanker Maersk Rhode Island operates in the Mediterranean and typifies the wide variety of ship types that Maersk Line manages and operates. The other vessels are the 'G class' containerships that operate in the international trades: Maersk Missouri, Maersk Carolina, Maersk Georgia and Maersk Virginia.
