Through our work, we assist our customers in managing their risk in an environment which can only be described as tough. New regulations, strict security and safety management are terms which will become even more familiar in the future.

We offer substantial advice on your operational aspects around the clock as an added bonus for selecting DNV as your classification partner. Through training, meetings and tonnage-specific information, your operations will run smoothly once class-related matters are predictable.

Technical competence

We have the competence and the tools to ensure that when a new ship is built to DNV's 1A1 standards, this ship will be the best you can get. Newbuilding to DNV class standards is approaching 30 per cent of the global orders, meaning that there are many customers seeing the value of technical competence and advice.

Service delivery

We run a decentralised network where our local offices are given much authority. In partnership with our customers there is trust and under-standing in this and we can react to the inherent highly skilled and trained individuals the consistent quality of our services is an asset for you.

Quality

We operate in a partnership with our customers to ensure your quality of operations with an unquestionable compliance with applicable rules, regulations and standards.
