  • Based on your organisation outcomes and strategic plans you will select the competencies (from 1000+) and units of measurement (from 5500+) by utilizing those included for each position or you may add, delete, or modify competencies, units of measurement, rating criteria, and validation methods as you choose.

  • At some point in time (your decision) you will aggregate the performance data to compare actual to expected outcomes - by individual, position, cost centre, department (or care setting), hospital, or system.

  • The software aggregates the performance data and creates reports to accommodate individual, position, cost centre, department (or care setting), hospital, and system-wide results.

  • The programme tracks compliance with selected competencies and behaviours that exemplify the mission, vision, and values that will drive the strategic plan of the organization by defining and assessing priority behaviours.
